Railink Airport Train provides convenient access between Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Jakarta and Kualanamu International Airport, Medan.

The application has been revamped with several updates, including a new user interface for passenger ease of use. Here are some of the new features:

• Easy Booking: Use the new user interface to purchase airport train tickets. You can also access recommended train schedules for traveling to and from the airport. Multiple payment channels are available for your convenience. All purchased tickets come with their own barcode that can be used at the gate.
• Flexi Time: This feature is perfect for spontaneous travelers. Purchase a ticket on your selected date and choose any train schedule from that date when you're ready to go.
• Flexi Quota: If you're a regular airport train passenger, save money by buying your tickets upfront. After purchasing a selected quota, you can easily select your desired schedule on the day of departure. Flexi Quota is applicable to all destinations within the same city.
• e-Boarding: Save paper by using your phone at the gate instead of printing tickets at the vending machine. If you're purchasing multiple tickets with the same account, you can share your barcode with your traveling partner through this menu.
• Easy Refund: If you change your mind, no worries. Easily refund your ticket through the refund menu. Input your bank details and monitor the refund process.
